Geoff Feinblatt

General Manager:  Having a passionate interest for the appearance of new cars, Geoff started in the automotive industry part-time in high school.  From the detail department, service department, parts department and sales department, Geoff has had the opportunity to learn how the different departments work together as one operation.  Geoff attended Northern Illinois University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science, double majoring, in Business Management and Marketing.  Geoff has been with the Napleton Dealer Group in the Rockford area since 2004.  He is currently a member of the Rockford New Car Dealer Association and the National Automobile Dealer Association.  Geoff's goal is to provide superior client relations, while utilizing educated and ethical business practices.  When Geoff is outside of the dealership, he spends quality time with his wife and two daughters.

Jorge Rangel
Honda Sales Manager: Jorge has been with Napleton Auto Werks for over 17 years.  In his free time he enjoys to travel, spend time with his family and play soccer.  His favorite soccer team is Chelsea.

George Buchaklian

Pre-owned Sales Manager: George has been in the automotive business for 32 years.  He joined the Napleton family in February of 2009.  George is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the pre-owned market.  When he is not at work he enjoys spending his time with his wife and three children.  His favorite hobbies are to collect antique cars, golf and fish.  He graduated from the University of WI in 1970.  Please do not hesitate to contact George for any of your pre-owned needs.

Dan Brzozowski

Honda Sales Manager:  Dan joined the Napleton Family in May of 2009.  He has had experience with Honda since 1992.  He is very knowledgeable about the Honda brand and always excited to assist customers.  Dan has been a great edition to Napleton's with his training and coaching salesman background.  When Dan is not work he enjoys playing with his kids and playing poker with his friends.

Tim Hayes

European Sales Manager:  Tim is not your average car sales manager.  With a love for cars, Tim has been involved with many forms of racing.  He is a car enthusiast at heart.  He has been modifying cars and involved with the after market performance scene for over 15 years.  Tim grew up in Chicago and joined us in March of 2006.  He brings with him 16 years of European experience.  Tim and his wife Karen have two daughters and have relocated to Loves Park. In his spare time Tim has a love for Movies and Watch collecting. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Tim, he is always eager to help.

Jim Marrie
European and Honda Business Manager:  Jim Marrie has been with Napleton Auto Werks since January of 2004.  Jim served our country in the US Marine Corps before joining the automotive industry.   Jim is a life long resident of Rockford.  He enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and two children when he is not at work.

Ron Meyer

Service Manager:  Ron has been with Napleton's since 2005.  He has since then taken over both of our Napleton Stores in the Rockford area.  He has been in the automotive industry for 37 years.  When Ron is not at work, he enjoys to drive his Corvette and hanging out with his wonderful wife and two daughters.  If you need any service assistance, Ron would be glad to assist you.

John Ray

European and Pre-owned Sales:  John Ray has been with Napleton Auto Werks since August of 1991.  He is Master certified with Mercedes Benz, Audi Brand Specialist and certified in Jaguar and Honda.  John and his wife Karen have been married for 42 years and reside on a small farm west of Rockford.  They have 2 children and 5 grandchildren.  John served in the United States Navy for 6 years.  When John is not at work, he enjoys to fish, shoot sporting clays, skeet and in the winter he snowmobiles.  One of John's greatest joys is his 1975 Porsche 911 Carrera, which he auto crosses.

Troy Vail
European and Pre-owned Sales:  Troy Vail has been with Napleton Auto Werks since July of 2000.  Previously, Troy worked in the high end audio/video business for over 15 years.  Troy is Napleton's technology buff.  He chose a career with Napleton Auto Werks because of his love for the advanced car technologies that the European car lines offer.  Troy has been an Audi Brand Specialist for over eight years.  He is also certified with Mercedes Benz and Jaguar.    Troy constantly receives many of our highest customer satisfaction surveys.  He is very helpful and low pressure and will help the customer find the correct car that meets their specific needs.  Troy is an avid wrist watch collector.  When Troy is not at work, he enjoys surfing the many wrist watch forums, listening to music and spending his time with his wife of 17+ years.
